After sales engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Technical support and customer relationship maintenance;
2. Responsible for equipment installation, debugging, acceptance, etc;
3. Responsible for handling customer on-site equipment failures and providing guidance and solutions;
4.Actively maintain good relationships with customer and promptly exchange customer updates with the marketing department.
Job requirements:
1. Having basic knowledge of interpersonal communication, with appropriate and generous behavior and speech;
2. Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT);
3. Able to adapt to medium and long-term business trips across regions and provinces;
4. Have a high sense of responsibility, work diligently, and be proactive;
5. Able to withstand certain work pressure and have the ability to communicate and handle temporary emergencies in a timely manner;
6. Have proactive learning ability, strong execution, driving force, and work principle;
